Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please Note: Due to their personalized and delicate nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Assorted Figurines (These are often unique collectibles)
  • Flocked Trees & Decorations (The flocking material is fragile and can be damaged easily upon handling)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer joy team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the information we need to help you quickly!
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship It Back: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. We Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We want you to have your funds back in time for more holiday cheer!

  • Bank Processing: While we issue refunds immediately, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship out your new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new order.
