Shipping Information
We ship our holiday joy worldwide (excluding Asia and a few remote areas).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we ship via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.
You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way to spread holiday cheer to your home!
Our Holiday Happiness Guarantee: Returns & Exchanges
We pour our hearts into ensuring your holiday decorations bring nothing but joy. However, we understand that sometimes an item might not be the perfect fit for your festive vision. That’s why we offer a straightforward and joyful returns process.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
⚠️ Important Note on Final Sale Items
Due to their personalized and delicate nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Assorted Figurines (These are often unique collectibles)
- Flocked Trees & Decorations (The flocking material is fragile and can be damaged easily upon handling)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer joy team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the information we need to help you quickly!
- Wait for Instructions: We will reply within 1-2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not send anything back without this number.
- Ship It Back: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging and ship them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund. You’ll receive an email confirmation.

- Timing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your return after we receive it. Once processed, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
- Bank Processing: While we issue refunds immediately, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement or in your PayPal account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship out your new item as soon as we process your return. Standard or free shipping will apply to the new order.
