We offer a variety of holiday decorations to bring cheer to your home, including:

  • Christmas Trees in various sizes (e.g., 1 – 2 1/2′, 3 – 3 1/2′)
  • Tree Toppers (Stars, Angels, Snowflakes)
  • Assorted Figurines (unique collectibles)
  • Decorations in various finishes: Colored, Cream Colored, Flocked, Frosted, Pink Colored, White Colored.

We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to your monitor settings or the handmade nature of some items.

3. Orders & Payment Terms

Placing an Order

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected goods under these Terms. We will send you an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we ship the items.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

Your payment is processed at the time of order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all orders.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship our holiday joy worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote areas.

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order.
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat fee via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier service. You are responsible for any import taxes or duties in your country.

4. User Obligations & Responsibilities

As a user of our website and a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during checkout.
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or speculative ordering.
  • Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our site or products without express written permission.
  • Be responsible for ensuring the delivery address provided is correct. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Our Happiness Guarantee

We want you to be delighted with your holiday treasures. Our returns policy is part of these Terms.

  • We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your delivery.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

⚠️ Final Sale Items

Due to their personalized and delicate nature, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Assorted Figurines (These are often unique collectibles)
  • Flocked Trees & Decorations (The flocking material is fragile)

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our Customer Joy Team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return. Do not ship items back without a Returns Authorization Number from us.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1-2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
